ANNUAL CONGRESS
Annual meeting of companies and associations related to promotion and construction in Spain.
Every year they meet to catch up on trends and developments, with more than 1,500 attendees at the congress and 20 exhibition stands. We have been responsible for the development of the event, design and logo, stand design and production, registration and staffing for several editions.

Aquaservices holds its annual convention at various locations throughout the country
A sales meeting that brings together salespeople and distributors with the management team to join forces and strategise. We take care of the production: registration, audiovisuals, catering, venue.

Trevicta Presentation
Sales Convention + Incentive
Janssen presented its Trevicta product with a multi-day event that culminated in Mykonos.
A commercial meeting where each day the space was transformed into something different. The closing took place alongside an incentive trip to Mykonos. We took care of the set design and props, gifts, and the trip to Mykonos with activities such as gymkhanas, dinners, and festivals.

INTERNATIONAL EXECUTIVE CONGRESS
Event held for more than 200 members of the executive committee of a leading international company
Two venues, Madrid and Seville, hosted this event, where every last detail was taken care of, given the calibre of the attendees. We took care of the concept, production, app creation, entertainment, gala dinner, shows and a world of sensations for them to enjoy with all their senses.

Green Gas Mobility Summit
TRADE FAIR AND CONGRESS
Every year, Gasnam holds its congress and trade fair for the sector, bringing together leading professionals in the natural gas industry.
A congress that looks at the present and future of the sector with an exhibition of products and services and a trade fair where exhibitors showcase their latest innovations. For years, we have been responsible for registration, technical secretarial services, assembly and dismantling, audiovisual equipment and catering.

Company Incentive
AWAY DAY
A couple of days' getaway to Abadía Retuerta, a paradise where team building and enjoyment go hand in hand.
We took a group of 50 people to Abadía Retuerta, picked them up in Valladolid in 4x4s, had them harvest grapes and go up in a hot air balloon, and dine in a chapel. Was it a dream? We took care of selecting the location and the experience, catering, restaurants, activities, gifts and hotel with transfers.

Conference + Incentive
CORPORATE CONFERENCE
Asseco presented its annual accounts and results in Madrid, for which we organised a conference and had some fun with its guests.
A gathering with the usual logistics of a meeting, but with something extra: food from food trucks, surprises that ended with a tour of Madrid in a sidecar and on Segways, and food in the most Spanish style, ensured that this group of foreigners enjoyed Spain to the fullest. We took care of the coordination and production, selecting activities, dinner, drinks and laughter.

ASPRIMA 40th Anniversary
CORPORATE PARTY
Asprima turned 40 and we wanted them to celebrate in style, in a special venue filled with joy and entertainment, because it was their birthday after all.
The Principe Pio theatre hosted this spectacular birthday party for the Madrid Association of Real Estate Developers, with props, entertainment, photo calls, a large birthday cake and singing by a Marilyn impersonator. We took care of all the logistics: venue, invitations, registration, telemarketing, decoration and props, cake and entertainment. We even brought the candles.

100 Years of Gran Vía
INSTITUTIONAL EVENT
Gran Vía celebrated its 100th anniversary and Alternativa worked on the many celebrations that the city of Madrid held for one of its most emblematic streets.
Several institutional events attended by Their Majesties the King and Queen of Spain celebrated the centenary of Gran Vía. We were responsible for the production of exhibitions, institutional events, protocol and signage.

Gold Medal Ceremony
INSTITUTIONAL EVENT
For several editions, Alternativa organised the City of Madrid Medal Ceremony.
Every year, Madrid honours distinguished figures from the capital's cultural, social and political spheres. We took care of the entire event: set design, signage, audio and visuals, concert, catering, guest management and protocol.

Madrid Olympic Capital
CORPORATE PARTY
Madrid was competing in Copenhagen to become the Olympic host city and, although it was ultimately unsuccessful, the event was celebrated in style.
A 100% entertaining public party to keep the audience entertained until the final vote. We took care of setting up the stages, audiovisual equipment with streaming connections, concert schedule, bands and entertainment.

Employment Innovation Observatory
PRESS AND ASSOCIATES PRESENTATION
The OIE is an observatory of 70 experts from top companies in the national market who analyse youth employment.
The aim is to bridge the gap between what universities offer and what companies are looking for by combining synergies and work. We take care of finding a venue, speakers, set design and decoration, catering and staff.

Heliocare Launch
Product presentation
Heliocare launched a revolutionary product for the dermatology sector, and we wanted to do it with them.
The event consisted of three presentations: one for the press, one for pharmacists, and one for dermatologists. Each presentation had its own talks, surprises, and entertainment. We took care of the event concept, production, logistics, floor plans, catering, and entertainment. A 360º service.

Sendo Launch
PRODUCT LAUNCH
Iberia Cards presented its new Iberia Cards Sendo card at a spectacular event
An event where more than 400 guests were able to see, feel, touch and smell each continent that Iberia flies to. In addition, double Michelin-starred chef Iván Cerdeño created a menu and cooked live, capturing the essence of each destination with an unparalleled gastronomic project. We took care of the venue, catering, production of materials and logistics, presentations and staff. Another 360° project.

Showroom Press
PRODUCT PRESENTATION
Nike presented its new and innovative textile material used to make its sweatshirts to the press.
A neutral, dark space was transformed into the most authentic NIKE room, where high-quality supports and furniture were created in a design that matched the garments on display. A photographer took snapshots with lights that showed the flexibility and movement of the new material used in the garments. We were responsible for the design and production of the furniture, supports and gifts.

Tio Pepe Launch
SPECIALISED PRESS AND CORPORATE EVENT
Gonzalez Byass once again entrusted Alternativa with the launch of its Tío Pepe En Rama wine, an unfiltered spring release that stands out for its purity and freshness.
This commitment to freshness and youthfulness led us to this groundbreaking event, with unique pieces and approaches that everyone from the youngest to the most avid Tío Pepe fans enjoyed to the fullest. We took care of the concept, entertainment, shows, staff, clothing design, gifts, and wine tasting.

Ephemeral Architecture
STANDS AND ELEMENTS
Several clients have entrusted Alternativa with the design and production of their stands.
Over the years, we have produced numerous stands and ephemeral architectural elements such as large stage sets and other items. We take care of the technical secretariat, forms and exhibitor requirements, design and production of the stand, decoration and entertainment. We also organise client dinners and entertainment.

Mosaic Recovery
PRESS CONFERENCE
The Libyan Embassy in Spain held a press conference to celebrate the recovery of valuable artefacts.
At a luxury hotel in Madrid, the ambassador and a large group of journalists and ambassadors celebrated the recovery of eight mosaics and four Roman and Greek sculptures that had been looted by jihadists. We handled the press call, written interviews and TV reports, organisation and coordination of the press conference, production of supports for the pieces and transport of the art.

ART EXHIBITIONS
The RABASF organises temporary exhibitions of major Spanish artists.
More than a museum, it is an art space, a centre for sculpture and dialogue. That is what RABASF is and has always been. It has positioned itself as one of the capital's leading art venues. We are responsible for press releases, written interviews and TV reports, as well as organising and coordinating private press viewings.

Opening of the Palace
HERITAGE MANAGEMENT
Opening of the major museums of the House of Alba between 2016 and 2019.
The House of Alba has opened its palaces in Seville, Casa Palacio de Las Dueñas, Salamanca, Palacio de Monterrey, and Madrid, Palacio de Liria, to the public. We are responsible for the museographic adaptation, visitor experience, design, website, ticketing platform, pricing policy, security and project management.

International Exhibitions
EXHIBITION TOUR
The Casa de Alba Foundation entrusted Alternativa with the organisation of its major exhibition, El Legado Casa de Alba (The Casa de Alba Legacy), in Madrid and subsequent travelling exhibitions at various venues in the Americas.
Alternativa organised the first exhibition, El Legado Casa de Alba, at Cibeles, which served as the inauguration of the Foundation's new era of openness. This was followed by exhibitions in Dallas and Tennessee. We were responsible for the marketing of the exhibition, the museography, transport, insurance, adaptation of the venue, staffing, promotion and communication. It was a complete collaboration.

Gala Dinner
CORPORATE CONVENTION
After a splendid annual convention, we celebrated our client's successes with a large gala dinner
Nearly 2,000 guests gathered at an IFEMA pavilion to celebrate a Gatsby-style gala dinner, where, after an exquisite meal, they danced to the beats of two of the most famous DJs of the moment. We took care of the coordination and organisation of the event, design and concept, selection and negotiation with the venue, transfers and multiple details and surprises.

Alternativa organised Pure//Summit 2025 in Madrid, a conference dedicated to digital transformation and the power of data, where trends, success stories and innovative solutions that are redefining the way companies manage their information were explored.
