We want events that care, that unite, that inspire. And yes, we do it with a smile, in the knowledge that we work without leaving anyone or anything behind.
No matter where you come from, we all have a place; it’s our way of working and living.
We also believe in the community around us: we work closely with associations, artists and local businesses, because shared success is what really matters.
We believe in events that shine with creativity and responsibility. We use sustainable materials, reduce waste and always search for local suppliers, because we know that every little gesture counts.
Because it’s no longer about having huge parties and forgetting about them the next day. It’s about leaving something good behind: less consumption, more creativity, more care for the planet, more hugs for people.
We love having young people on the team who bring fresh ideas to our expertise, as some of us are already greying. Their energy, their coolness, and that bright spark that changes everything.

Legality
We respect our corporate and social obligations. This compromise extends to our stakeholders.
Equality
We operate a cross-cutting equality protocol: gender, religion, race. The more different we are, the more diversity we will have in the creative creative processes.
